Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within the United States via UPS. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process. Depending upon the item, shipping may take 5-7 days after processing. Once shipped you will receive an email confirmation of shipment and tracking information. Order Changes & Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted. We do not offer refunds.We do offer the option to exchange your item for one of equal or greater value. If exchanged for an item of greater value, customer may be responsible for balances owed.

In the instance that upon receipt, there is a material issue with your bag you may return it in new/ unused condition within fourteen days of receipt of the item so that is may be repaired or exchanged.

Limited Warranty

MADE Leather  Company warrants any genuine MADE product against manufacturer’s defect for up to 1 year after purchase from our online store or  any authorized MADE retailer.

MADE Leather Company warrants its products to the original purchaser against manufacturer’s defect. This warranty does not cover dissatisfaction of the product. Wear and fit issues, except as a result of a production issue, are not considered to be manufacturer’s defects and are not covered. Weather and water damage are also not covered. Please note that MADE Leather products are not waterproof/resistant.

If your product suffers from a manufacturer’s defect within one year of purchase from an authorized retailer, we will gladly repair the item. If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same style, size, and color. If the item cannot be replaced, we will issue a Merchandise Credit for use on our website in the amount of your original purchase. Please note that irreparable items will not be returned to you. Repairs will be done with original MADE Leather Company parts when available, otherwise repairs will be done with comparable parts.

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If any adjustment or cancellation takes place against your order, a refund will be issued immediately and will take 3-5 days to be posted back to your credit card.
